This is literally what I am surviving on. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Here are a few great qualities of my one size fits all meal:
- toast = whole grains
- peanut butter = protein
- bananas = fruit and potassium
- cinnamon and sugar are only so I don’t want dessert afterwards.
Peanut butter and banana is one of my ALL TIME favorites - but I've never added the cinnamon and sugar. Clearly, I've been missing out. Thank you, dear Ande, for the enlightenment. I love it when you blog.

ReplyDeleteSwitch it up a bit and use Nutella instead of Peanutbutter. I think it will be good. I've never tried it, but nutella is basically chocolate flavored peanut butter. I'm going to buy a banana today so I can have this.
