All in One


This is literally what I am surviving on. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Here are a few great qualities of my one size fits all meal:

  • toast = whole grains

  • peanut butter = protein

  • bananas = fruit and potassium

  • cinnamon and sugar are only so I don’t want dessert afterwards.

There really is no point to this blog post.

Peanut butter and banana is one of my ALL TIME favorites - but I've never added the cinnamon and sugar. Clearly, I've been missing out. Thank you, dear Ande, for the enlightenment. I love it when you blog.

Ande,
Switch it up a bit and use Nutella instead of Peanutbutter. I think it will be good. I've never tried it, but nutella is basically chocolate flavored peanut butter. I'm going to buy a banana today so I can have this.

Oh boy, you're gonna be in BIG TROUBLE if they take all peanut butter off the market because of salmonella.
